Privacy Policy

Overview

Dose is designed from the ground up to keep your personal supplement routine private and simple. All your dose records, streak history, and preferences are stored exclusively on your device using SwiftData. We operate no remote user databases, no advertising trackers, and no third-party analytics SDKs.

Information on Device

The app records your daily creatine dosage (in grams), date timestamps, and notification preferences. This data never leaves your iPhone unless you explicitly choose to export your history.

Apple HealthKit

If you grant permission, Dose can connect to Apple Health to read relevant measurements (such as body weight) solely to calculate your recommended dosage, or to record dietary supplement data. HealthKit data is never transmitted to outside servers or used for marketing.

Notifications

Daily reminder notifications are scheduled locally by iOS directly on your iPhone hardware. No remote push servers are used.

Data Ownership & Deletion

You own your data completely. You can export your records at any time as a CSV file. Deleting the Dose app removes all stored data from your device immediately.
